Heng Genting Mountain Adventures (HGMA) are intent on advancing equality and diversity as key features within all its activities, as it believes this to be ethically right and sociably responsible.

HGMA believes that excellence will be achieved through recognising the value of every individual.  To this end HGMA acknowledges the following basic rights for every member of the community to:

• be treated with respect and dignity
• be treated fairly with regard to all procedures, assessments and choices
• receive encouragement to reach their full potential

HGMA also recognises it's responsibilities and will comply with all relevant legislation and good practice.

HGMA also recognises its responsibilities both economically and socially wherever it operates and will undertake to support these local communities as a whole and will encourage all persons to support these communities.
